Chance for female entrepreneurs to shine

WOMEN entrepreneurs are being sought for an annual award that recognises their success in the region.

The 13th annual Women into the Network (WIN) North East Woman Entrepreneur of the Year awards are due to take place later this year.

And the awards will be officially launched at the DoubleTree by Hilton Newcastle International Airport on Friday, July 27, from noon to 2pm.

There will be 11 award categories including Best Small Business, Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and Best Use of Technology.

Entries – which cost £15, plus VAT – will be accepted from Monday, July 30, with the winners being announced on Friday, November 2, at the award ceremony.
