Is it really necessary to cut roadside grass this early?
CAN someone from Northumberland County Council please explain how, in the current climate of budget cuts, job losses and threats to front line services, our council can seriously justify the work that has taken place on the A189 Spine Road last week?
Is it really necessary to cone off the carriageway and cut grass that, in early March, has not even begun to grow?
Come on people, is this really a priority?
