Picture plea

EARLIER this year a friend of mine found a small carrier bag in Front Street, Tynemouth, with 'Max Spielman' printed on it.

Inside were copies of photographs of the Blyth Branch of Boilermakers employees' trip to Seahouses in the late 1940s and early 1950s.

Also was a list of the people in the picture in an envelope with Doreen Cox printed on it.

We asked around but no one knew anyone of this name.

These photographs obviously mean something to someone, so it would be lovely to return them to their rightful owner.
