Teenagers who took drugs cocktail out of hospital

TWO girls rushed to hospital after taking a cocktail of drugs in Blyth earlier this week have been released.
The pair, aged 14 and 17, were taken to Wansbeck General Hospital on Tuesday night after police received reports of a drugs overdose at a house in Richard Street.

But today Northumbria Police confirmed the girls had now been released from hospital after recovering from being in a serious condition.

Three men – one aged 18 and two aged 23 – who were arrested after the incident have been bailed pending further enquiries.
