THE Northumberland Wildlife Trust is making preparations for autumn.
Together with volunteers from the SENSE project, the trust will be improving the bird feeding area at its Holywell Pond reserve on Wednesday and Thursday, October 22 and 23.

Anybody wanting to help upgrade the bird feeders and tables or create a public viewing screen is more than welcome to go along to help out.

The improvements to the reserve are part of the South East Northumberland Sustainable Environments (SENSE) project as funded by Banks Community Fund to provide volunteering opportunities, education, training courses and community events at a series of reserves across south east Northumberland.

To book a place contact the Northumberland Wildlife Trust on (0191) 284 6884 or via e-mail at heather.oneill@northwt.org.uk
