ANDREI Arshavin has not ruled out a move to London with either Arsenal or Tottenham the likely candidates, Portsmouth would love to sign Chelsea winger Shaun Wright-Phillips and Manchester United are trying to buy one more player before the start of the new season.

Sir Alex Ferguson has said Manchester United are trying to sign one more player ahead of the new Premier League season. The Old Trafford club have been linked with Tottenham striker Dimitar Berbatov and Ferguson said: "We have made a bid for one player who would enhance us a great deal." - Press Association
