Blyth woman in awards shortlist

A VIRTUAL assistant, VA for short, has been shortlisted for a national award.

Angela Dawson, of Dawson VA Services, carries out personal assistant’s duties and offers other business support for companies around the world from her office in Blyth’s Beaumont Manor.

She has been shortlisted for the title of the UK’s outstanding virtual assistant of the year at the VA Coaching and Training Company’s fifth national awards.

Dawson VA Services is one of 11 companies in the running for one of two prestigious awards.

Angela said: “I am very excited and proud to have been shortlisted and believe this will demonstrate to my clients and prospective clients my professionalism, commitment and approach to providing an outstanding service, as well as my support to fellow VAs.”

VAs work for clients around the world by providing PA and business support from their own offices and communicating with clients via the internet.

Angela, pictured, will find out if she has won at an awards ceremony being held in Woking, Surrey, tomorrow.
