Zoe-Lisa said: “I couldn’t be more proud of this award.
“It’s so rewarding for us as a team. To have recognition of all our hard work, and of the unique ethos behind our gym – affordable, family-focused exercise aimed at new mums and dads and pregnant ladies in particular – provides us with a sound platform on which to expand, especially as we are now receiving franchise enquiries for Gym and Junior.”
Gym and Junior was officially opened in November 2014 by the Deputy Lord Mayor of Cardiff Ali Ahmed, BBC Sports reporter Ashley Crowter, Rt Hon Jenny Willetts MP and Sport Wales.
