New workshop units being built at Cramlington are now near completion and ready to reserve.
Arch, Northumberland County Council’s development company, is constructing the two units, each offering 6,000sq ft of floorspace, at Nelson Park Network Centre.
They will be ready for occupation in January.

With a portfolio of a million square feet of space, Arch is now building speculative business spaces throughout Northumberland.
The first tenants moved into Blyth Workspace in March, and a new office building in Berwick will be ready next year.
Its range of sites includes industrial workshop and warehouse units, office buildings, suites, business parks and managed workspaces.
Property sizes range from 500sq ft to 40,000sq ft.
Arch chairman Dave Ledger, also deputy leader of Northumberland County Council, said: “The Cramlington Network site is in a fantastic central location close to amenities and with good transport links.
“Our aim is to offer high-quality purpose-built industrial units and marks our continued investment into supporting businesses.
“I am sure the premises, once developed, will be much sought after.”
