Children’s bravery to be recognised with a special Pride award

Children who battle through adversity with a smile on their faces deserve to be recognised for their continuous bravery.

And that is one of the aims of the Pride of Northumberland Awards.

Organised by Northeast Press, publishers of the News Post Leader, Morpeth Herald and Northumberland Gazette, and Tweeddale Press, publisher of the Berwick Advertiser, the awards highlight the unsung heroes in our communities.

And youngsters are a vital part of the annual presentation ceremony.
