Internationally-recognised accountancy qualifications including apprenticeships are now available at a Northumberland College.

The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) has approved Northumberland College as one of 500 training providers across the world to deliver its qualifications.

The college has just launched the Northumberland College Accountancy Centre of Excellence in the centre of Newcastle, and also delivers AAT qualifications at its Ashington, Berwick and Hexham campuses.

Patrick O’ Doherty from Northumberland College, said: “We are looking forward to this exciting development and being able to work so closely with such a renowned organisation as AAT.”
