Police are appealing for witnesses following an attempted burglary in Blyth.
Overnight between Tuesday, April 22, and Wednesday, April 23, burglars tried to break into a house in Barras Avenue West.
They attempted to get in through a locked window but were unsuccessful.
Enquiries are ongoing into the incident and police are appealing for anyone who saw anyone or anything suspicious in the area on Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning to contact them on 101 ext 69191.
Officers are also reminding homeowners to make sure their windows and doors are locked overnight.
