A POP-UP police station is set to give advice to south east Northumberland shoppers.
The mobile police office will park up at two of the county’s shopping centres to let people pop in and have a chat with their local officers.
It will visit the Co-op in Seaton Delaval on Saturday, September 29, before it moves on to Asda at Manor Walks, Cramlington, the following day.
Visitors to the office, which will be open between 10am and 2pm, can have their bicycles marked, get advice on keeping thieves at bay and raise any concerns they have.
Cramlington and Seaton Valley Community Support Officer Barry Elliot said: “This is a great opportunity for people to come along for an informal chat.
“We are providing free crime prevention advice and bike marking so people can protect themselves from thieves.”
