Local group to perform at Fringe

A THEATRE and film company from Blyth is branching out to tackle the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this year.

TTMOOTV Theatre and Film Company (Taking The Mick Out Of TeleVison) was set up by Jamie Eastlake, and along with fellow aspiring actors Jamie Marshall and Jacob Robson, will now be taking their brand of humour to Scotland this summer.

Jamie Eastlake said: “Jamie and I have both written our latest piece called Big School, a live ‘mockumentary’ of a day in a high school, where the sketches are based around things we picked up from our days at school.”

It will be performed at a theatre just off the royal mile between August 15 and 20.
