Businesses are being urged to share their views about future property requirements in Northumberland.
Arch, The Northumberland Development Company, is undertaking a survey of interested parties to understand more fully the nature of businesses future property requirements in Northumberland.
Peter McIntyre, Arch managing director, said: “It is apparent that certain sizes and types of premises are in short supply and restricting the chance for businesses to grow.
“As a development company and investment vehicle, Arch is aiming to address and improve upon this situation and will be in a better position to achieve that with the business community’s co-operation and support.
“Arch can accommodate the business support infrastructure by building direct requirements for businesses
“If there is a need for space and we don’t have a suitable offer, we will work with businesses and address the need within the county.
“Arch understands the diverse needs for business and helps to remove any barriers for companies looking to expand or relocate in Northumberland.”
