Care home praised in survey

A CARE home in Cramlington has scored top marks in a resident satisfaction survey.

Harwood Court in Highburn scored 97.92 per cent in the survey, which methodist charity and housing association MHA use to gauge the quality of care services for residents.

Home manager Lesley Gillespie said: “We have always worked hard to provide each resident with the person-centred care which is at the heart of MHA’s ethos.

“We are pleased that this is borne out by the results of the resident satisfaction survey.”
