Chase on for town’s latest development

NEW homes being developed in Blyth have hit the market place.

North east homebuilder Dunelm Homes is building 44 properties at The Chase, including a selection of family development – and they have already secured their first sale.

The development, which was launched in mid-January, features seven different house styles.

Colin Willetts, Dunelm Homes sales and marketing manager, said: “With excellent local schools, first-class amenities and easy access to all parts of the region, Blyth was the perfect choice for the Dunelm Homes brand of family-friendly homes.

“Given its seaside location and popularity with families hoping to enjoy the laid back lifestyle of the coast, we are confident that our family friendly mix of house types at The Chase will attract buyers from the local area as well as further afield.”

He added: “With a broad mix of supportive schemes and incentives to help buyers making the move into a new property, there has never been a better time to buy a new home.

“We are seeing strong levels of interest across all developments in part exchange options as well as the government-backed mortgage indemnity scheme NewBuy.”

The new Chase development is located on Chase Farm Drive in Blyth.
