Thousands of youngsters and residents descended on Blyth town centre to showcase their talents and organisations.
Silx Teen Bar held a Youth Festival in Blyth Market Square and the event was hailed a great success.
Thousands of children, young people and families attended the annual community festival. And a total of 16 voluntary and statutory organisations were present on the day with a range of sporting and recreational activities and dance showcased and utilised by the young people and community.
Jackie Long, senior youth worker at Silx Teen Bar who organised the event, said: “Once again the community supported the Silx Youth Festival, with thousands participating in the free activities.
“We would like to thank all the organisations present and our funders who once again supported us in providing this excellent community event.”
