Energy switch deadline looms

THE deadline to register with Northumberland’s first collective energy switching scheme is Monday.

The county council has offered householders the chance to use their potential bulk buying power in one of the first ever UK collective energy switching schemes.

It is the biggest local authority led collective switching scheme in the UK.

To register visit www.readytoswitch.co.uk or call 0845 600 6400 with contact details, the name of your supplier and your current energy usage and tariff.

Registrations are anonymous and energy suppliers invited to submit their best deal.
