Firm helps construction students
A TOP construction firm has sponsored construction students at Northumberland College to help them stay safe while they are learning.
Tiling and flooring supplier ARDEX donated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the college to help ensure the health and safety of its construction trainees.
The high visibility vests will be worn by students on next year's Diploma Level 1 and 2 in Wall and Floor Tiling courses.
The company has supported the construction department with materials, technical training and product demonstrations over the past four years.
Head of department for construction Steve Ainsley said: "We're really grateful to ARDEX for donating this personal protective equipment.
"We are thrilled that they are continuing to support our students' training."
