Hundreds of people turned out in force to take part in a sponsored run in aid of charity.
More than 250 people took part in the Sport Relief Mile from Seaton Sluice to Blyth last week along Eves Black Walk.
Organiser Michael Firek, from Blyth Valley Arts and Leisure, said: “It was an amazing day.
“Watching the community come together in this way to support such a great cause was brilliant.
“We feel so proud knowing that the money raised here today will help people living really tough lives right here in Northumberland, the UK and across the world.
“A huge thank you to each and every person who has donated money.”
