It’s ready, teddy go as suits face sticky situation

outfits made by an Ashington firm have been bear-ing up in a sticky situation on prime-time television.
Millions of television viewers saw Celebrity Big Brother’s housemates compete in a task wearing colourful sleepsuits supplied by the All-in-One Company.
This was the second time that the North Seaton Industrial Estate-based firm has supplied outfits for the show and also the second time it has kitted out Denise Welch as it also provided her with a sleepsuit for her appearance on another reality show, ITV1’s Dancing on Ice, last year.
This time round, competitors on the Channel 5 show wore the suits after being split into five teams and challenged to find four teddy bears inside pillows on a giant bed after being forced to crawl through treacle and then covered with feathers.
Company founder Kate Dawson: “It was great to be approached again.
“As well as making something nice and warm to wear, we are all about helping people have a bit of fun as well.”
As well as Big Brother and Dancing on Ice, Kate’s suits have been worn by contestants on the X Factor.
In just over three years, her company has grown from being an idea inspired by her children into a business employing 18 people and exporting its hand-made suits to 161 countries.
