MIXED martial arts ace Andy Ogle is still upbeat despite losing the Saturday night fight he was hoping would be his big break.
The 23-year-old, of Tynemouth, lost to Akira Corassini, a Swede, in an Ultimate Fighting Championship event in Nottingham on a split decision by judges.
“Regardless of the decision, I loved everything. It was awesome. I love fighting. It’s my life,” said Andy.
“That loss hurt a lot. I truly believe the fight got judged incorrectly. There’s nothing I can do, though.
“It was a pleasure to be on the card.”
