The first tenants have moved into their new homes built as part of the regeneration of a Blyth estate.

The homes on the Hodgsons Road Estate form the first large scale ‘council’ housing development in the town for 25 years.

The regeneration of Hodgsons Road Estate is part of Northumberland County Council’s ambitious affordable homes programme for the county, and is being managed by Homes for Northumberland.
