THE first-of-its-kind landform is set to open in the next few weeks and Northumberlandia’s expected to be a big boost to local businesses.

The structure, which is in the shape of a lady lying on her back, is complete with four miles of walking tracks around her and is situated next to the Snowy Owl pub in Cramlington.

It will be officially opened next week by Princess Anne when she comes to the region and it’s expected the landform will get up to 200,000 visitors a year.
