CARE home staff in Blyth got on their bikes to mark a special day.

Employees at Chasedale held a two-day sponsored exercise bike ride to mark Dignity in Care Day, a national campaign which aims to ensure that people in care or being cared for by loved ones at home, are treated as individuals with dignity and respect and are given choice, control and sense of purpose in their daily lives.

Staff who took part in the event raised £30 for the cause, with money still coming in.
