Teenagers given time to discuss crime

YOUNGSTERS in Cramlington are being invited to meet their neighbourhood police officers and raise any issues of concern.

A series of drop-in sessions aimed at young people will be held in the Venue, a new meeting place at the Manor Walks shopping centre for children and teenagers.

The sessions will be held on Thursday, November 8, and Thursday, December 13, both from 3pm to 5pm.

Older residents can also call in for a cuppa while out shopping to discuss any issues they wish to raise with officers, on Wednesdays, October 31 or December 5 and 19, all between 10am and 12.30pm.
