Three people appeared in court this morning charged with the alleged assault of a homeless man in Blyth.
Kellyann Raisbeck, 21, of Robert Street, Blyth, Wayne Deluen, 24, of Pecket Close, Blyth, and Gavin Deluen, 22, of Dove Court, Cullercoats, have all been charged with wounding with intent to commit GBH.
The trio appeared at Newcastle Crown Court this morning for a preliminary hearing, where the timetable of the case was outlined.
They will be next before court for a plea and case management hearing on May 12.
Raisbeck had her conditional bail extended while the Deluens, who appeared via video link, were remanded in custody.
