Views are being sought by members of the public on a proposed move by a neighbourhood policing team.
New accommodation is available for the Blyth neighbourhood officers at Arms Evertyne House in Quay Road, a short distance away from their current premises.
Police say the new proposed premises are more accessible and offer better value for money.
Now Northumbria Police is asking the community for its views, and a display with information about the proposal is in Blyth Library in Bridge Street, which runs from today (Thursday) until Friday, August 22.
Residents are invited to look at the proposal and give any feedback by completing a comments card and putting it in the post box at the library.
Inspector Dave Simpson said: “Ensuring neighbourhood policing teams are accessible and visible to the public and have a presence in their local community is a force priority.
“We do want to hear the views of local residents and we would ask people to take a few minutes to look at the proposal and give us their comments.”
