Truck window smashed

A TOW-truck was damaged in Stakeford after vandals smashed a window.

The window was broken between 8pm and 8.20pm on Sunday, October 21, when the truck was parked in Stakeford Lane.

It is believed the offenders may have been in a small black Renault Clio or Ford Fiesta style vehicle.

Police are appealing for anyone with any information into the damage to contact them on 101 ext 69191.

Officers are particularly keen to speak to a man and woman who knocked on the victim’s door and alerted them to the damage, they left the scene before their details were taken and police want to trace them as they may be able to help with their enquiries.
