Vandals cause damage to house and parked car

MINDLESS vandals have caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage when they smashed a window of a house and car in Blyth.

Police are appealing for information after the incident that happened between 1.30pm and 6pm on Tuesday, January 1.

Vandals smashed the front window of a house in Temple Avenue in the town.

They also damaged the window of a VW Scirrocco that was parked outside of the address.

Anyone who was in the area at the time who witnessed the incident, or has any information into the damage is asked to contact police on 101 ext 69191.
