A Morpeth car dealership will open its doors next week to more than 200 disabled people who are eligble to lease a Motability car.

Davidsons of Morpeth, based in Coopies Way, has leased cars through the Motability scheme for more than 20 years, and has a dedicated Motability specialist in Allison Owens.

Allison has over the past 17 years been responsible for developing and growing the Motability division within the business.

The Motability scheme provides a hassle-free motoring package for people who receive the higher rate Motability Allowance or the War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement.

Customers simply exchange this allowance for a new car.

The special event is on Friday, November 8, between 9am and 5pm.
