A CHEF is bringing his culinary skills to the table at a country hotel.
Andrew Blakey, of Cramlington, has joined Morpeth’s Eshott Hall as its new sous chef.
The 30-year-old has worked at the Savoy Grill in London and various Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe.
Andrew, pictured, began his culinary career by working part time at the White Swan Hotel in Alnwick while going to catering college in Ashington.
He went on to work in restaurants in London and France before returning to the county in 2004.
Andrew said: “I’m delighted to be joining the team at Eshott Hall.
“I look forward to sharing my experiences with the team.”
