THE Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) Partnership’s popular ‘Coastal Views’ newsletter is now available monthly.
‘Coastal Views’ has been published twice per year since 2003, providing residents of the AONB, partner organisations and other stakeholders and visitors with the latest news and features about the AONB and the work of the Partnership.
This has been produced as a 12-page printed newsletter.
In the age of up-to-the-minute news, ‘Coastal Views’ has gone electronic. From May 2011, the newsletter will be available monthly as an e-mail.
As well as up-to-date news other benefits of an e-newsletter include reduced use of the World’s resources, saving money in a time when budgets are being squeezed and being able to target groups of people with news that is relevant to them.
Coun Pat Scott, Chair of the AONB Partnership said: “We hope that you find the electronic ‘Coastal Views’ as interesting and attractive as the paper version.
“We have not taken the decision to move to an email newsletter lightly and we would love to hear your views.
“If you have comments to make, do make contact with us.”
If you would like to receive ‘Coastal Views’ you can sign up on the AONB Website at www.northumberlandcoastaonb.org and follow the link to subscribe or email email@example.com
