A group of Rainbow guides from Cowpen enjoyed some welcome refreshments after completing a trail.
The youngsters undertook an ‘I Spy Trail’ as part of their activities.
And once finished, the girls were treated to an ice cream.
Cowpen Rainbows leader Margaret Minter said: “A trip to McDonalds for an ice cream is what the Rainbows like best.”
One of the group said: “My favourite is chocolate with sprinkles on.”
Girlguiding is on the lookout for new leaders.
The organisation gives its leaders support, specialised training and the opportunity to make new friends.
