A HOUSING service is offering small grants to community groups in Blyth Valley.
Groups can apply for up to £500 from Homes for Northumberland for projects with community benefit.
A number of tenants have already received funding, including the New Hartley Association, which was awarded £500 to pay for an Xbox and other indoor activities.
Seaton Sluice and Old Hartley Community Association also received £500 to hold a community clean-up event and Cowpen Craft Club was awarded funding to pay for accommodation at the Briardale so they can continue running the group.
For more information, or to apply for the fund, contact the Resident Involvement Team at Homes for Northumberland on (01670) 542424.
