The search is on for the ‘best primary school teacher’ in Blyth.
Entries have poured in to the art competition launched by Keel Row shopping centre in Blyth.
Now members of the public are being asked to cast their vote and name a winner.
Children were asked to draw a picture of their favourite teacher and write what was special about them.
The artwork is now on display in the shopping centre, with voting ending on November 14, ahead of the awards ceremony on November 29.
Votes can be cast on a card and posted in the entry box in the centre.
Keel Row’s centre manager, Callum Reid, said: “I am overwhelmed to see all the effort and care taken by the pupils from across Blyth.
“The entries have been fantastic and are wonderful to see. I hope the public get behind the competition and place a vote to help find the most deserving recipient.”
