Majors Alison and Jim Anderson and the members of the Salvation Army Newbiggin-by-the-Sea Corps would like to express their grateful thanks to all who supported their coffee morning.

It was held in the Salvation Army Community Hall and raised £346.21 in aid of the Salvation Army annual appeal.

In total the Salvation Army’s fundraising efforts for this year’s appeal raised a sum of £470.29.

This will go towards supporting the social service ministry of the Salvation Army, which includes hostels, family centres and addiction programmes currently running throughout the United Kingdom.

May God bless all who contributed to supporting this vital aspect of the Salvation Army’s ministry.
