Youth group bring smash hit musical to the Phoenix

Preparations are underway at the Phoenix Youth Theatre for their production of Cats this September.

The group will perform Andrew Lloyd-Webber’s musical at Blyth’s Phoenix Theatre from Wednesday, September 18, to Saturday, September 21, at 7.15pm.

Since Cats first opened on the West End stage in 1981, it has become one of the world’s best known and best loved musicals, featuring classic songs like Memory and Mr Mistoffelees.

This is a Phoenix Youth Theatre Production by arrangement with The Really Useful Group Ltd. Music by Andrew Lloyd Webber. Based on ‘Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats’ By TS Elliot.
