Emphatic win for Ashington U13s

ASHINGTON U13s completed an emphatic win at the County Ground against Newcastle.
Bowling first for only the second time this season, Ashington were soon in the wickets.
They were able to restrict Newcastle to 169 but took 11 wickets in the process.
Matty McDine 2-6 and Adam Nichol 3-18 were the main contributors.
In reply all of the batters scored heavily but Jon Turnbull 35, McDine 26, Kieran Little 27 and Nichol 23 were the highlights.
