Division Two secretaries of the year award was shared between George Whyatt, from High Street, and Mark
Jopling, from Blyth Masons Arms.
Division One award went to John Bell, from Blyth Kitty Brewster.
Premier Division award went to Phil Arnott, Burradon and New Fordley.
Division two leading goal scorer winner was Thomas Chirnside; The Powburn North Shields with 33 goals.
Division One award was shared between Chris Woolley, Whitley Bay Cibos, and Craig Cook, Blyth Kitty Brewster, with 20 goals.
Premier Division award was shared with three players each scoring 20 goals. Paul Huck, Blyth Comrades; Glen Taylor, Ashington RAOB and Michael Chilton, Burradon and New Fordley.
The Fair play award was shared between Blyth Seahorse, Blyth Pullman and Cullercoats CPS. Blyth Seahorse won the trophy with the most man of
the match awards.
Referee of the year went to Paul Davison, of North Shields.
The Harry Kennedy Trophy went to fixture secretary Paul Turner.
Presidents Trophy was won by Burradon and New Fordley for their
achievements over the season.
Player of the year awards, for each division with most man of the match awards, went to:- Premier Division was shared between Glen Taylor, Ashington RAOB, and Nigel Morris, Monkseaton Hunting Lodge, with seven.
Division One was won by Martin Humble, Ashington Mortimer, with 12.
Division Two was shared with four players all gaining eight awards – Dean Reilly and Chris Noble, both North Shields Catholic Club; Thomas Gosling, North Shields Gunner and Thomas Chirnside, The Powburn North Shields.
The last presentation was made by Mr George Allen, league chairman, a
special award to David Cowan, of Blyth Big Club, for his 26 years
involvement in the league.
