BLYTH Rangers Deportivo Under-13s drew a blank for the second consecutive week when they went down 2-0 at home to Morpeth Town.
David Dunworth created the first chance for Rangers when he played the ball into the feet of Shane Clough whose shot was just off target.
Home keeper Alex Cockburn was called into action to save a looping shot just under his bar.
Cockburn was the busier keeper and he made an excellent one-on-one save and then soon after made another.

Cockburn made a brave point blank one, but the pressure told in the 20th minute when a strong run down the left wing saw Morpeth open the scoring.
A flowing move out of the Rangers defence saw Clough and Jordan Hall link up well before Liam Thomson had a chance saved.
Rangers huffed and puffed in the second half although Fulthorpe and Thomson went close before Morpeth scored their second .
Jack Bell was named man of the match.
