Eight no stopping Real Ashington

REAL Ashington are storming MB Socca League division one and there was no stopping them last Thursday night at The Hirst Welfare Centre.

A fun fair was in nearby attendance but the best ride of them all has to be the one Real Ashington is on.

They stretched their 100 per cent record to 13 wins out of 13 as they beat Base FC 8-3.

Second placed Station Boys managed a 1-0 win over Multiple Scoregasms but are still a massive 15 points behind the leaders with seven games to play

Second division leaders V & N Jewellers get off to a stuttering start against a resilient Ashington All Stars and fell behind.

It took the Jewellers well into the second half to gel like their normal self and eventually click into gear to win 3-1.

Station FC stay in second despite suprisingly being beaten by basement team Red Devils.

The Devils gained the three points with a 3-2 victory.

The goals were flowing as Sparta Hatbreath failed to capitalise and take second spot as a superb performance from Brazilliant saw them snatch all three points with a great 4-3 win.

There is one slot in division one for any interested teams.
