Another hard fought game in the Durham Youth League saw New Hartley Juniors defeat Prudhoe 3-2 thanks to a last minute Dan Hall winner.
Hartley opened the scoring on 15 minutes when Callum Johnston slotted home, but just before half-time Harry Mitchel leveled for Prudhoe.
The second half was end to end with both sides hitting the woodwork twice while Hartley’s 15-year-old debutant keeper Liam Henderson pulled off some fine saves.
But it was Hartley that went back in front thanks to a headed own goal.
Once again, though, Prudhoe drew level through Thomas Mulloy, but with the teams looking to share the points it was Hall that popped up with Hartley’s third and winner on 89 minutes.
