A junior football team is helping kit out youngsters in part of Africa.
Stakeford Juniors are currently raising funds and looking for sponsors for new kit after donating the old ones to children in Africa.
After two years with their current kit, the lads are in the process of handing over it so it can be shipped off to those less fortunate in Tanzania.
Doug Thoburn, club chairman, said: “Every two years the club intend to replace their current kit. All current strips are now been collected in and we are working with Kit Aid to send all the strips to a school in Tanzania.”
