Real Ashington go goal crazy

DEFENDING MB Socca Leagues champions Real Ashingtion certainly had their shooting boots on last Thursday night at the Hirst Welfare Centre.

They won at a canter as they fired nine past Station FC with only two in reply.

But top of the pile in division one are still V & N Jewellers as they recorded a 3-0 victory over The Whipping Boys.

Bubbles FC recorded their first points in the league as they too won 3-0.

In division two, leaders Bayern Neverlusen tightened their grip on top slot as they showed some great touches and clinical finishing to see off previous joint leaders Ashington All Stars 3-0.

ACE United leap-frogged Bankhouse as they defeated them 4-1 to nearly double their goal tally for the season.

The final game saw new team Wansbeck Blues record a 3-0 victory over Newsham.
