THE annual Under-13 Cross Partnership Netball tournament took place at Bede Academy North with eight teams in the School Sport Partnerships – Blyth and Bedlington, Morpeth, Cramlington Seaton Vale and Ashington – taking part.
All teams played each other in seven-minute games.
The top four were close in the table, but Cramlington Learning Village were worthy winners as they won all seven of their games.
Bothal Middle and Chantry Middle shared third place and Whytrigg Middle were runners-up.
Meanwhile Richard Coates Middle School in Ponteland won the Year 8 Netball League, organised by the Blyth and Bedlington School Sport Partnership for the fifth year running.
It has been a long season with 14 schools tkaing part in the competition, which started in September and finished in May.
Other teams who did well were Blyth’s St Wilfrids Middle, Chantry Middle, Morpeth and Cramlington Learning Village.
