BLYTH-based Croftway Ladies Netball Club have ended the year by doing the treble.

The A team won division three of both the winter and summer leagues as well as winning the Old Ship Best Defence Shield for the summer league.

This after the B team had completed a double the previous season.

Team coach Julie Sampson praised her players for their hard work and tremendous effort throughout a long and difficult season.

The club thanked Macfarlane Packaging for providing club tracksuits and Dentists@146 for hoodies.

Croftway Ladies welcome members old and new whether to play for fun and to get fit, or for those of a competitive nature to play in the league. Age 12 upwards.

The club meets every Tuesday from 7pm to 9pm at Tynedale Training Sheds, Blyth.
