BBC's Escape to the Country films in Northumberland with help from Alnwick estate agent

Presenter Jules Hudson viewed a stunning rural cottage in Netherton Burnfoot, near Rothbury, which is being marketed by the Alnwick office of Pattinson estate agents.

The impeccably presented property boasts over three acres of land with views of the countryside and surrounding woodland.

Property consultant Charlie Jefferson highlighted the numerous benefits of selling at auction, also known as a ‘secure sale solution.’ As the latter suggests, selling at auction offers an extremely low fall through rate.
