North of Tyne Mayor to address Alnwick business meeting
Jamie Driscoll, the region’s first elected mayor, will give a presentation on Wednesday, February 5, at the St James’s Centre, Pottergate, at 6pm.

Hide Ad“Having a North of Tyne elected Mayor has secured an additional £600million for Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland over the next 30 years. The authority aims to use this to grow small businesses, create 10,000 jobs adding over £1billion in goods and services and levering over £2billion of private sector investment, and to boost the local economy by over £1billion.”
